The company is small on purpose. The person who picks up the work is not handing it to a queue you will never meet.

We look after the tenancy, the phones, the fibre, the office network, the security of that estate, and software built to fit. Support is how they stay standing. The pages say what that means, including what we will not pretend.

The name is the promise. A straight thing you can use, rather than a vague thing that sounds larger.
